What does “Invoice exempt from VAT under Article 25 of the VAT Act”mean?2020-06-30T21:04:23+02:00

From 01/07/2020 we are part of the “Small business scheme” ( KOR-OVOB in Dutch) and we don’t need to charge VAT anymore over our prices.

Why does “Stichting Mollie Payments” appear on your bank statement?2018-05-15T11:25:30+02:00

We use Mollie B.V as our payment service provider, a licensed business specialized in processing online payments on behalf of merchants (us).

Yes! And we will be happy to help you. If you have any question please feel free to email us at info@nanaai.nl. As we are a small company this is our favorite and more efficient way to reach us.

Can I change or cancel and order once it has been place?2018-05-15T11:17:37+02:00

We do our best to ship order quickly and once submitted, orders immediately go to our processing system. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you. However, orders where fabric custom cut has already been processed, can’t be cancelled or modified.

Sorry but we don’t send samples in this moment. We understand that ordering fabric online can be tricky and are therefore happy to help with color matching and advice. Please feel free to email us with your questions.

No, you don’t need an account to purchase from the shop. However, if you create an account, you will be able to have access to save details so that forms are prefilled for future purchases, special offers..

Product questions

Can I use the fabrics for sleepwear?2018-07-05T19:55:11+02:00

As indicated by all manufacturers,  our fabrics are not flame-proof and are not intended for sleepwear. If you wish to use our fabrics as sleepwear, you must add a flame retardant finish before use. We don’t take any responsibility for the use you give to our fabrics.

What is the width of the fabric?2018-05-15T11:44:25+02:00

Each manufacture have their own width, usually between 114 – 150cm. You will find the right width in the product information of each fabric. This is usually indicated as “WOF” in some patters ( width of fabric ) and it is the distance counted from one selvedge edge to the other.

Should I wash the fabrics before sewing?2018-05-15T11:28:22+02:00

Yes! We know that you would love to start a.s.a.p. with your lovely project but we highly recommend you to pre wash to avoid shrinkage and color fade. We work with quality fabrics to assure minimum impact when washing but due to the different laundry programs and treatments we are not responsible for the effect that washing has in your project.
Almost all fabrics need to be laundered in the same manner that you plan to launder your project once it’s finished. You can skip pre-washing for 100% polyester fabrics (polar, fleece, minky, vinyl…) , Cotton + Steel fabrics ( they use reactive dyes and therefore colors are stable and won’t release any excess of dye) and, of course, if you will never launder the item.

Yes, select “Local Pickup @NANAAI” upon checkout and no shipping costs will be charged. Please contact info@nanaai.nl to arrange a suitable pick up date & time.

When will my order be shipped?2018-05-15T11:47:37+02:00

Our order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of when the order is placed. Business days are defined as weekdays Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Delivery date depends on the destination address and the shipping method. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
