We aim to dispatch your order within 1 -2 working days from when payment is received (during busy times this may be a little longer). Working days are defined as weekdays Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Delivery date depends on the destination address and the shipping method but orders within NL are usually delivered the following day from the shipping date.
You will get a Track and Trade code that allows you to follow your shipment and gives you an accurate date/time of delivery (-+ 2 hours).
We also offer the possibility to deliver your parcel at Post NL collection point of your area. Choose “pick up point” upon checkout. By entering your zip code you will be able to see where the closest pickup point is and which opening hours they have.
You won’t need to wait in at home for specified collection time. Instead, you can get parcels dispatched at a parcel shop on your way to work, to school, or on your lunch break. Don’t forget to bring your ID!
We also offer the possibility to collect your order in our office in Groningen. This is (of course) free of charge. Choose “Local Pickup @NANAAI” upon checkout. We will send you an email when the order is ready and we will arrange a suitable date/time for collecting the goods.
International parcels within Europe are shipped with DPD. The prices shown are to be delivered at home, be aware that DPD has a discount if the parcel is delivered in a pickup point (-+1euro) yayyy!

Orders exceeding your countries current tax threshold will be subject to taxes and duties when being processed through customs. These taxes and duties will be calculated by your local customs agency and will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax, if an undeliverable address is provided or if a parcel was never picked up, resulting in packages being shipped back to us.
Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax.
