Custom cuts

Orders with items where a customized cut possibility is available such as “ by the meter” fabrics, trims, hoop and loop, in-rol zippers… are prepared by cutting them to the measurements that each client request.

If applicable, you can find the width of the product in the provided description ( it varies from one manufacturer to another). One unit sale in fabrics corresponds to 50cm length. If you want 1 meter, you will need to choose 2 units. 1.50 meter, 3 units and so on.

Please be aware that materials other than proper fabrics can have different measures and unit sales can be different.

Orders of piece goods will be cut as one single length. We may divide orders of fabric if there is not enough fabric on the bolt but you will be always be informed of this prior to dispatch of the order.

Fabrics or materials sell as “ pre-cuts” or with a steady measurement aren’t cut by request so they are not considered as custom cuts.

Prices, payments and delivery

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are including 21% VAT (where applicable) and excluding delivery costs. We will do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on the site are correct but prices are subject to be changed by us anytime.

In the event that the correct price is less than the price we charged you, the difference will be refunded. If the correct price is higher, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you live outside the European Union, customs service of your country may charge you additional taxes fees and they vary depending on the country of destination. Be aware that these taxes are not NANAAI’S responsibility and we won’t assume the costs. Check the customs tax service of your country before placing an order.

NANAAI make use of Mollie B.V as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) to secure payments. We accept the following payment methods :

  • iDeal
  • PayPal
  • Sofort
  • Direct Bank Transfer

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 -2 working days from when payment is received (during busy times this may be a little longer). Working days are defined as weekdays Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

Delivery date depends on the destination address and the shipping method but orders within NL are usually delivered the following day.

We will have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, a breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion…

Cancelations

Once the order has been submitted and the confirmation email has been sent, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact us at info@nanaai.nl to proceed to a return protocol if applicable.

If the details in the email confirming your order are not correct, or if you are not satisfied with the details in the email, please contact us immediately.

As an exception, we reserve the right to cancel the order ourselves for example if we haven’t enough stock, we don’t deliver to your country, or if the goods ordered had an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error from our supplier. You will be notified by email and we will refund any sum deducted as soon as possible but, in any event, within 30 days of your order.

Returns an refunds

Your satisfaction is important and we know that there might be circumstances in which you will like to return an item. We carry a 14 calendar days guarantee in our items from the day you receive the goods *excluding exceptions listed below*.

We kindly ask you to inspect the contents of the package upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to return the product within the 14 days. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account.

If the product has been damaged during transportation, please take a picture of the state of the package upon arrival. This is a request from the transport company in order to make a formal complaint.

{{{ Please note that custom order such as cut fabrics, cut trims, patterns and personalized items can’t be returned unless there has been a mistake by us or there is a defect in the product.}}} In that case, the original shipping and return shipping charges will also be refunded.

All items must be returned back to our warehouse in the same condition as they were received, please treat items with care. Products returned in an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a returned product arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email. Items must be returned by a transport company of your choice as long as a track and trace number is provided and the package arrives within the mentioned 14 natural days. If you want that we arrange the transport please let us know and we will indicate to you how to proceed.

Refunds are in the form of original payment and will be done within 10 days from reception once it is deemed to be refunded. Note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. If the original form of payment was a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you.

In the event that the package is returned because it was not collected from the post office before the indicated date, it will be shipped back to the customer once the new shipping costs are paid.

At any time we may have to change the prices and features of the products from the shop, because of sales/promotions or stock limits, but it will never be applied to previously placed orders and no refunds will be made in that case.

Liability

We are not responsible if you have problems accessing the website because of any event outside our control ( for example, the performance of our or your ISP, hosting problems…) We cannot guarantee that the site or an individual feature of the site will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses. It falls under your responsibility the installation of IT security safeguards to satisfy your particular requirements.

We also try to produce high-quality images of all products on our website and represent their colors as accurately as possible. Please be aware, that the colors seen by you may vary depending on the device (and its settings) If you have any questions please contact us.
